01 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for our hosting services under the following circumstances:

  • If you cancel your hosting plan within 30 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If there are technical issues that prevent you from using our services, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.

02 Non-Refundable Items

Domain registration fees, SSL certificate purchases, and any additional add-ons or services are non-refundable once purchased.

03 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@nexiport.com or call us at +370 630 20637. Please include your account details and the reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and process the refund within 7–10 business days.

04 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. If this is not possible, we will issue the refund via an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
